How booking works

Choose a session or full course on a class page, select the learner, and continue to the three-step checkout.

Single sessions, courses and camps

A single session is one visit. A course reserves every listed date together and shows the complete price.

Waitlists

When a class is full you can join a demo waitlist. No payment is taken and a place is not promised.

Online and center formats

Online classes show times in Eastern Time with a conversion to your local time.

Learner profiles and the Growth Profile

Each learner has a nickname, age band, interests, goals and a learning journey.

Cancelling or rescheduling (sample policy)

Sample policy: cancel at least 48 hours before the first session for an illustrative full refund; later cancellations show an illustrative 50% refund.

Becoming an EduKid educator

Create an educator profile, share your experience and propose a class. Every application is reviewed — nothing is approved automatically.

How messaging works

Educators message parents and guardians, not children directly. A learner’s questions are saved for guardian review.
